You can hold a memorial ceremony at any time, and make it any size or style you envision. Our packages cover close graveside gatherings, large anniversary events, to at-home events for your immediate family.
One thing we know is that time is precious. Whether your loved one has recently passed or you’re reconnecting long after their death, our Life Celebrants take great care in crafting a meaningful memorial—so you can focus on family and your own grief journey.
Funeral Celebrant Service
The modern take on a traditional funeral service. A personal ceremony that draws on storytelling, symbolism, and emotional connection. Crafted and led by our 5-star officiants at the funeral home, cemetery, or scattering location of your choice.
When you make arrangements with a funeral home or cemetery, the will ask what Clergy person you would like to lead the service. Do you have someone in mind? If not, you may be referred to a religious leader you’ve never met, from a faith you may or may not follow.
As ordained Metaphysics Ministers, we work with funeral homes and cemeteries as Clergy to lead personal, engaging, and inclusive funeral services for families of all denominations. We meet with your family, listen to your stories, and craft a heartfelt ceremony that truly reflects your loved one and your values.

Ceremony Plus+
A custom memorial ceremony led by our 5-star celebrants, with added professional support for your Memorial event planning.
Your dedicated Celebrant will meet with you to craft a custom ceremony script, including your choice of traditions, readings, storytelling, rituals, and eulogies. They will meet you before the service, and lead the ceremony with care and polish. If applicable, an additional graveside or committal service for Ash Scattering (family-led), Planting, or Burial will also be held.
Planning support in this package includes designs for venue setup, legacy displays, interactive components, and guidance on catering, music playlists and ceremony format. A detailed itinerary for a smooth event day, without the stressing or the guessing.

Full-Service Celebration
Give family and friends the opportunity to grieve, while celebrating the person you have lost. Celebrations of life have elements of a traditional funeral, with a focus on the departed’s achievements, relationships, and impact on the world.
Many families plan a Celebration of life to recognize a significant anniversary, birthday, or milestone. You may decide to book a banquet hall, bar, or your own backyard—the options are limitless.
Your dedicated Celebrant and Coordinator get to know you and your lost loved one. With your feedback, we craft and coordinate a one-of-a-kind celebration inspired by their life, filled with merrymaking, feasting, storytelling, and connection.
Includes celebrant emcee, site setup + styling, catering, and additional ceremony for graveside or scattering (optional).

Ceremony Support
Professional support for planning and leading a Celebration of Life on your own.
We support you virtually with planning and writing. And when it’s time, you give it life.
Sometimes in grief, we need our own place and time to remember. If you’ve longed for a memorial that is 100% unique—but with professional poise and polish—then this is for you.
We’ll meet virtually to talk through your vision, then create your custom Ceremony Kit. You’ll receive layouts for venue setup, designs for legacy displays and activity stations, and guidance on catering, music playlists and ceremony format. Also included are your event planning itinerary, eulogy script template with step-by-step tips, and essential packing list.

What can you expect?
When you choose an AWAKE memorial, you will be paired with a dedicated Celebrant and an Event Coordinator. Together, we customize a ceremony that your person would love—and your family will always remember.
In every package, your Celebrant will personally reach out, check in for your feedback, and help coordinate the essential elements. Levels of support range by package, from preparing you for host duties to all-inclusive event management.
Our Celebrants are located in Barrie, Orillia, Collingwood, and Hamilton, Ontario. Travel cost will be included in all final quotes.
Add our Ashes-to-Earth cremation soil blend to any package, for eco-friendly memorial gardens, trees, or scattering in nature. $300 ($450 value).
